Ordinary Poem
A singer told me love
It’s just like lalala you sing I sing
You told me forever
It’s just like the movie you watch I watch
Heaven is in the steam
rising from the tea you drink afternoon
It’s the magic that a poet told me
instead of teaching me mathematics more
Fantasy is in your hands always
until you forget to believe in it
It’s the easy one that a movie star told me
Instead of giving me business skills
There aren’t true sometimes
I know it I know it
There are true sometimes
I know it I knew it
Thank you for being here today. It’s just a poem that everyone already knows but forgot.
