FUTO Used as a Gift Experience for New Employees

Hello, this is Mori from FUTO.

The other day, after an initiation ceremony at a real estate company, new employees and HR staff came to FUTO to write letters to themselves one year in the future. Congratulations to all of the new employees.

The project began when someone in HR wanted to give the newly hired members a memorable gift, found our shop while researching, and reached out to us.

When the group entered the shop, they seemed a little nervous, but also excited, saying how cute the space was. After we explained the letter experience and everyone began writing, the room became very serious.

The HR staff wrote even more densely than the new employees. After the letters were finished, everyone moved on to the sealing stamps, which many were trying for the first time.

Each person chose a different wax color, and the shapes came out differently too. It was lovely to see everyone comparing the seals afterward, saying that someone else's color was beautiful or that a shape was cute.

It was also charming that the new employees tended to try the seal boldly, while the HR staff carefully dripped the wax and pressed the stamp, worried about making a mistake.

From the moment they arrived to the final commemorative photo, we could see everyone gradually relax and become closer. It was a very heartwarming time.

An initiation ceremony is something people experience only a few times in life. The excitement, uncertainty, and nervousness of that moment may feel different when the letter arrives one year later.
