New "STORIES" Section on the JIYUCHO & FUTO Website

We've launched a brand-new "STORIES" section on the JIYUCHO & FUTO website. 🎊

We're now publishing a variety of ongoing series for you to enjoy whenever you find a quiet moment in your day.
(And who knows... there may be even more series added in the future. 😊)

Here's a quick introduction to each one.

📰 Monthly JIYUCHO Letter
A monthly journal written by me, Yuki, the manager of JIYUCHO.

Along with event updates, I share little moments from everyday life, a favorite poem or podcast of the month, and sometimes a small extra note at the end. 🤭

✉️ Dear Future Me
Poems and essays written by our owner and poet, Shohei Koyama.

Written as if sending a letter to his future self, each piece gently captures the atmosphere of everyday life.

We hope you'll enjoy them as if receiving a handwritten poem on a postcard from time to time. 😌

📝 Thoughts
A collection of Shohei's thoughts, reflections, and ideas.

Some pieces are poetic, some are carefully reasoned, and some wander freely without a clear conclusion.

They are words that gently remind us that even thoughts without answers may become part of who we are.

🌲 Say Hi To The Emerald City
A series of stories from Seattle—the Emerald City—which has become one of the roots of JIYUCHO.

Through travel and everyday life, it shares peaceful scenes and moments discovered along the way.

*This series is currently on a break and will resume when Shohei is in the United States again. 😴

🏝️ LETTER VIA HAWAII
A correspondence between photographer Momoka in Honolulu and poet Koyama in Kuramae.

Photographs travel from Hawaii to Tokyo, and poems travel back in return—a quiet exchange of landscapes, words, and everyday life. 🤝☕️

*A new article will be published once a month starting this August. We hope you'll look forward to it! 😊

You'll also find updates about events, new products, media appearances, and more in our NEWS section. 📯

We hope these stories bring you a quiet moment—just like spending time at JIYUCHO or FUTO. 🌿

💡 Where can I find them?
Simply scroll down on the JIYUCHO website until you see the "STORIES" section.

New articles from any of the series will appear there.
(You can also access them from the STORIES menu.)

Even if you don't have the chance to visit our shop in Kuramae very often, we'd love for you to stop by our online home as well. 🎶
