I often think: all I do is worry, all I do is think. But if, even later on, each worry and each thought is met with one real action, then perhaps that is enough. The number of actions should be equal to, or greater than, the number of worries and thoughts. You could call action a decision, too. One for each. Move. Decide. If you cannot do that, you will stay where you are forever.
