Golden Week Opening Hours

Many of you may already have begun your Golden Week holidays. This year, some people may have as many as eleven days off. Whether you are planning to travel far away or will be working, we hope this period contains time that feels comfortable for you.

Golden Week opening hours

JIYUCHO and FUTO will be open every day during Golden Week.

May 1, Thursday: 10:00-18:00.
May 2, Friday: 10:00-18:00.
May 3, Saturday: 10:00-20:00.
May 4, Sunday: 10:00-20:00.
May 5, Monday: 10:00-20:00.
May 6, Tuesday: 10:00-20:00.
May 7, Wednesday: 13:00-18:00. FUTO will be closed.
From May 8, Thursday: regular opening.

About seat reservations

We recommend making a reservation before visiting. If seats are available, we can guide you in without a reservation, but during Golden Week we are often fully booked.

When planning your visit, please make a reservation through the reservation page.

On holidays, it can be fun to visit lively tourist spots full of people. At the same time, it can also be good to step a little away from the busy streets and take a breath in a calm space.
