Hello, this is Mori from FUTO.

FUTO appeared on Tokyo GOOD! TREASURE MAP, a documentary program provided by the Tokyo Metropolitan Government.

Tokyo GOOD! TREASURE MAP is a program that explores Tokyo's neighborhoods and searches for treasures of the city, such as places and facilities with history.

This episode was structured so that viewers could feel the atmosphere of Kuramae through introductions to the town's history and interviews with shop owners. At FUTO, owner Koyama talked about our service and why we chose Kuramae as the place for the shop.

The reporter Harry also actually wrote a letter and shared his impressions afterward.

After taking time to write, Harry said that being able to think about the future may be something Kuramae makes possible, because the town has many places where people face themselves. Hearing that, I felt that Kuramae may indeed be a town where people and places that face themselves gather.

I was also struck by Koyama's words in the program: good things are born as a result of facing yourself thoroughly. Perhaps the warmth of Kuramae exists because people who think deeply about themselves and others gather here and create things.

The program can be watched for one year on Tokyo's official video channel. Kuramae is perfect for walking around this season, so we would be happy if you watched it before your next visit.
